Public Offer
This Public Offer sets out the general terms and conditions under which Andrei Stanea provides photography and video services. By requesting services or booking a date, the client automatically agrees to the terms of this Public Offer.
1. Service Provider
The services are provided by Andrei Stanea, professional photographer, hereinafter referred to as the „Provider”.
2. Services Offered
The Provider offers photography and/or video services, including but not limited to:
- Wedding photography
- Couple, family, and portrait photo sessions
- After Wedding / Save the Date sessions
- Aerial photo and video services (drone)
The exact details of the services are agreed individually with each client.
3. Booking the Services
A booking is made by:
- completing the contact form
- written confirmation (email / message)
- payment of a deposit (if requested)
A date is considered booked only after written confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are communicated individually, depending on the selected package and the client’s requirements. Payment terms are agreed upon by both parties.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
All photographs and video materials remain the intellectual property of the Provider. The client receives a personal, non-commercial usage license for the delivered materials. The Provider reserves the right to use the materials for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Delivery of Materials
Final materials will be delivered in digital format within the timeframe agreed with the client, using the agreed delivery method (USB, online link, etc.).
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible depending on the Provider’s availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, legal restrictions, or force majeure events.
9. Acceptance of the Offer
By contacting the Provider and/or booking the services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Public Offer.
